Goals

My health goals for 2013:
  • Strength train at least three times per week
  • Do a cardio workout at least three times per week
  • Try new and different workouts (i.e. belly dancing, Pilates, etc.)
  • Try new healthy foods and recipes
  • Find friends to exercise with
  • Excel on my Weight Watchers' program
  • Reduce my body fat percentage
  • Increase my endurance
  • Create some muscle definition
